Overview
Involved helping out on a range of live projects in various ways. Usually involves meeting other team members and people from other divisions on a daily basis. Worked on a project for the first half of the internship.
Skills
Yes - developed my technical skills significantly and learnt a lot about the project finance process. Also constantly developing my professional skills, time management etc.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was able to get involved in lots of meaningful tasks and make contributions to live projects. This allowed me to get exposure to different parts of the bank and the key processes that take place within structured finance.
Support & Guidance
Lots of support!! Always able to ask for help from anybody, not just only my manager and buddies. Felt fully supported and always felt comfortable asking for help.

Super friendly and welcoming!

Thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my internship and it definitely exceeded my expectations - so would definitely recommend
Yes
Just enjoy the experience, don't worry if you don't know everything you're not expected to! I think if you show personality and a genuine interest in what you're applying for then it should be fine.
