    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • I was shadowing colleagues on different projects as well as undertaking tasks myself. I would go to meetings, internally and with clients and help prepare slide decs, discuss the project and next steps and analyse data, putting this into charts and tables for clients. I also networked with a lot of people from different areas of consulting and got an understanding of potential future roles.

  • 8. What advice would you give to others applying to PwC
  • The psychometric testing games at the start were very long and took me two hours, but following that the rest of the application process was good. There were a variety of numerical reasoning and other rounds so a fair amount of time needs to be available when applying. The assessment day was really good, it is important to not be shy during this day and read all the information given well. But overall 100% recommend
