Overview
I am an Account Manager Support. This means I support staff in Branch with any activities they require assistance with. This includes: admin, secretarial, conversing with customers fraud checks and much more. In addition various tasks are set within the internship proggramme that we must research and feed back on.

Developed communication skills, tech skills and general banking knowledge and terminology
Responsibilities
Yes many responsibilities and these were all checked over to make sure we had done a good job.
Support & Guidance
HR and Staff have been extremely friendly providing a high level of guidance and support throughout.
Culture
Extremely pleasant, friendly and professional environment to work in. These value permeate throughout the bank.
Your Impressions
A thoroughly enjoyable experience. There perhaps could have been a higher level of responsibility delegated to the interns but given the quiet time during the summer it wasn't the busiest time at the branch.
