Overview
Brilliant two weeks learning about the operations of a surveyor at Savills as part of a development team including valuations, comparables and due diligence. Included site visits and meetings with directors
Skills
Teamwork, property analysis, how to conduct due diligence and find comparables
Business Insight
Excellent look into the role of a Savills graduate. Daily talks about the different areas of the business, the apc and advice from directors
Culture
Brilliant culture. Everyone very friendly and approachable whilst also being hard-working. Lots of evidence of success within the team over the past year as a result of working together well
