Overview
Going to online meetings, networking, liaising with team members, completing tasks that they need delegating to someone else. Completing projects with other Interns and fundraising with them for charity.
Skills
Excel skills, networking skills, emotional intelligence, leadership, teamwork and collaboration skills. Commercial awareness and knowledge of the sector of the bank too
Responsibilities
Yes - a normal amount. Autonomy on lots of projects but with help on the side if I needed it too.
Support & Guidance
At the start I had to reach out to a lot of people to get tasks to do in the first place. But that was all part of being proactive. The support and guidance was there but perhaps there could have been more check-ins
Culture
Very welcoming and friendly. Everyone all down to help me and make me feel like a part of the team.

Make the most of the opportunities you have there. Be proactive and talk to as many people as you can. Reach out and ask for tasks to do, be enthusiastic about everything and be supportive.
