Overview
In my placement I have been tasked with creating a Degreed Learning Plan for the scrum team and also creating an infographic to celebrate the successes of a project the grads did in my business area. I also attend scrum daily stand ups, sprint planning, retros and show and tells as part of an agile team.

Working virtually, resilience, agile mindset, working with ambiguity, stakeholder managment
Responsibilities
Yes, I had to own my projects completely and had multiple opportunities to lead projects.
Support & Guidance
Daily check ins were really useful with my team and I had so many buddies from different areas there was more than enough support
Culture
Everyone in my team really knew each other and about what others got up to outside of work, taking this time is really important for me as I felt comfortable really quickly and could hit the ground running
