Overview
My project was to design a development programme for team managers. Therefore, I had to contact these team managers regularly to understand what they would benefit from and what they needed from this programme.

No, the nature of my project meant I did not have to make many decisions. However, I was given the responsibility to make my own meetings with the relevant stakeholders
