Overview
Insights into the work being done by the firm, involving talks by the various practice areas and completing tasks within these departments including researching for a firm newsletter and preparing a note for a Case Management Conference

I learnt about the type of skills needed in a role as a commercial solicitor and the type of work done at a global firm like Stephenson Harwood
Responsibilities
Yes, the work was emailed to us and it was expected we would complete these tasks by ourselves.
Support & Guidance
I was allotted two mentors, a trainee and associate, who I was able to meet during the scheme. Alongside this, there were various opportunities to catch up with the early careers team if we needed any additional support or guidance
Culture
The general vibe was very friendly, many of the workers who I spoke to were enthusiastic and helpful in answering any of the questions I had
