Overview
Worked on various projects in various roles, ranging from initially operations, then bids, then delivery in 1 month, 5 months, 6 months respectively. I got a high level of responsibility, tasks included help with organization and smaller tasks, but also larger ones when I was more trusted. Work revolved around partners and associate partner support mostly. Projects were always very exciting!
Skills
Project management, Design Thinking, Agile, Consultative Sales, Data Science, Excel (proper use), Good business practice, critical thinking
Responsibilities
Yes, a large amount - sometimes I thought me not completing work would bring a project down, but I always had support in case I struggled. I felt valued.
Support & Guidance
Always felt supported, whether it was by managers on the projects, my foundation manager (think pastoral tutor) or colleagues that often reached out to give a hand/ support.
Culture
Very positive, friendly co-workers, surrounded by growth mindset and a general lack of toxicity. Emphasis on working as a team/ with people towards a shared success rather than individual success. One of the key selling point anyone at IBM quotes is the culture.
