Overview
Shadowing my colleagues in meetings, helping prepare data for presentations to seniors, interacting with other interns and working on a business project
Skills
I've learnt that having a broad network is incredibly important in this line of work, and to throw yourself into every opportunity possible
Responsibilities
I presented to wide group of colleagues several times, but never got the responsibility to present on anything important.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support from my manager and colleagues. Everyone is happy to help and have a chat
Culture
The culture was radically different to what I thought it might be. They have a great focus on mental wellbeing, and helping the wider community.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed it, I would have liked it even more if it was in person for a portion, however in these times you can't be too disappointed about that
Yes
They have a real focus on the CPCs (critical people capabilities) for hiring. Also they are really focused on delivering their purpose, if you have both of these things fresh in your mind you will do fine.
