Overview
Was involved in multiple projects: Business project( developing a statistics visualization api for an internal ecosystem),Placement time( time with different employees from the team that I was assigned to), CSR project (fundraising)
Skills
api development, testing pipelines, storage type and usage
Responsibilities
There was full responsibility in the business project that we were asked to develop, not that much responsibility with the placement team ( more like learning/meetings and job shadowing)
Support & Guidance
It was a bit difficult to obtain guidance at the beginning but got to the right people in the end and received some useful tips
Culture
The culture was really diverse and the atmosphere really warm. We had multiple development sessions , internet meeting connections and social time
Your Impressions
The whole experience turned out to be really valuable and interesting. The only drawback was that some time was lost during the first weeks in order to get all the access required.
Yes
Its a really good place for learning multiple things in different areas and there are a lot of social events to expand your networking, so my advice would be to get involved in all of the events.
