Responsibilities
Lots of responsibility. This includes independent work that affects the outcome for clients. Raising requests or approving payments etc.
Support & Guidance
Tonnes. Not just from your manager, but from your whole team and everyone that you have engaged with during your time at the Bank
Culture
One of inclusitivity. Every voice is heard and given equal weight. I was speaking in meetings with CFO's!
Your Impressions
Loved it. Being virtual makes it difficult for people to remember you - so try and offer to help with anything and everything!
Yes
Make sure you do your research! There are so many things that the Bank offers, that if you were to go into an interview with existing knowledge surrounding ESG principles etc. then it would help you stand out from the crowd.
