Overview
I work in SBB within the Business Management team, where I have supported with system projects as well as observing volunteering within the team.
Skills
-Presentation -Time management -Organisation -Communication -Teamwork and collaboration -Confidence
Responsibilities
I believe I was given the right amount of responsibility to where I felt like I was contributing to the business. They treat you like an equal and expect you to fully get involved.
Support & Guidance
I was given a lot of support networks from actual placement, Intern team (Grad buddy), manager and the graduate team always were there for support.
Culture
It was very inclusive as they accept people from different background and abilities. They also have various different resource groups where you can get involved and feel even more as part of a community.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it very much and would 100% do it again.
