Responsibilities
I was actually given the opportunity to facilitate a project with my senior managers, making sure they sent the information people needed when they needed it. As well as responsibility with regards to how you structure your time
Support & Guidance
Everyone is very supportive and you are set up with a variety of contacts such as multiple grads, the financial wellbeing team and your line manager

Very inclusive, HSBC have these groups called ERGs that look to promote equal inclusion across race, gender, sexuality and more.
