- Onboarding new hires in my business unit and running their induction days - Offboarding employees in my business unit - Scheduling and coordinating dealboard calls - Updating communication distribution lists - Managing employee utilisation change requests - Approving manager flag requests - Approving employee transfer requests - Actioning Automated Security Response requests - Various Ad Hoc admin activities

Yes, given moderately high levels of responsibility with sensitive data and handling large value requests.
Support & Guidance
Plenty, lots people on had to give guidance and support. Can reach out to pretty much everyone.
Culture
Very diverse and welcoming to all. Very intern centric with lots of events. Plenty of different events to target groups or special interests as well as to connect.
Your Impressions
I did enjoy it quite well, it was somewhat hindered by the pandemic lockdown as to be expected. I would reccommend IBM to other students.

Be curious and have a can do positive atttiude. They focus mainly on willingness to learn and passion for technology.
