Overview
Working collaboratively with a number of teams to analyse and improve ways of working within ITS. Day to day, this involves spending time analysing large datasets in Excel and ServiceNow as well as attending and setting up meetings.
Skills
Develop existing skills: Defining, measuring and analysing complex problems within IT systems New Skills: Learning how to organise projects with various teams within a work from home enviroment.
