Overview
The interns were split into teams of five and worked on separate projects. My team worked on industry chatbot research, cost optimisation for risk cloud platforms, and implementing a Data Loss Prevention API on HSBC Chatbots
Skills
Exposed to various technology fields such as cloud, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data and applied innovation. Developed skills in team working, coding, presentations and stakeholder management
Responsibilities
Yes, we were given tasks that would directly impact the company

Plenty. HSBC partnered us with a buddy who was there to give advice and share ideas, as well as a mentor to support and help guide our career throughout the programme and beyond
Culture
It was brilliant. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Great work life balance
