  • 1. Please give an overview of the virtual experience and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
  • Overall, my experience with NatWest is a great one! As a Structured Finance intern, we get to do two rotation in different teams. Alongside assisting with the day-to-day task of the team, we also attend training and development sessions organised by the bank.

  • Generally, the culture in NatWest is amazing. The people are friendly, supportive and respectful. There is also a learning culture in the firm where people helps you to develop skills and knowledge you need for the job and also for the future.
