Overview
As a Customer Success Assistant I managed various projects and interacted with customers on a daily basis. I built customer rapport and gained extensive knowledge in business processes.
Skills
I have enhanced and developed multiple skills. These include communication and listening to fulfil customers’ need and ensure they are happy with our service. Problem solving to help customers with any issues and offer them the most suitable solutions. Team work, my colleagues were very supportive and gave me the best advice when I asked for help.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given a lot of responsibility by taking parts in meetings with customers, updating their database, solving customers’issues, analysing their data, etc.
Support & Guidance
I’ve received support from my team throughout the whole placement journey. They‘ve guided me whenever I had a query, or needed help with any project. They’ve been very flexible and easy to reach out. I can definitely count on them!
