Overview
2 days a week will be dedicated to your placement. This will vary dependent on the team you're on. For me it was collecting information from around the bank through interviews or reports and externally to come up with presentations. The other days you work on a CSR project, Business project and other development sessions.
Skills
Development is really focused on during the internship especially around the Critical People Capabilities. I have really developed many existing skill and learned alot!
Responsibilities
This varies based on your placement team. But I was given a lot of responsibility and asked to deliver work which is actually helpful to the bank so I am happy I was able to deliver an impact.
