Overview
My role is mainly about building and testing models for predicting risk. I have discussions and meetings with the team and my manager. I also did my own research on related knowledge.
Skills
My coding ability has been improved. I also learned more knowledge related to finance which I don't have a chance to learn in University. Meanwhile, I developed my time-management,
Responsibilities
Yes. I was responsible for completing my task for the team to review their ideas.
Support & Guidance
My manager, buddy and team members are very supportive whenever I faced some dificulties about the project. HR team also provides relevant training and guidance for the internship.
Culture
The company and people are very supportive and nice. All the people that I met are very nice and patient for any questions that I have. I don't feel there is a lot of pressure for the work.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed my internship very much. I like my role since it combines my interest in statistics with finance. The people in the firm were friendly and nice. Overall speaking it was an excellent experience working there.
