Overview
-Preparation of a credit memo for a financing opportunity in the renewable energy universe (Internship Individual project) - Support the team in building presentations for transaction origination purposes - Network with the company's employees to get an understanding of how the different teams cooperate during a transaction
Skills
I developed a good understanding and knowledge of the energy market alongside good modelling skills. The opened culture of the company allowed me to get in contact with senior people and to enhance the ability to create long-term professional relationships. The initial training with external providers gave me a complete overview of the IB industry also by practicing on real cases.
Responsibilities
Working directly with expert people push you to give your best. Therefore the responibilities lie in the fact of delivering the best client-ready output
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support during my internship: from the HR team for everything regarding procedures to follow, documents to sign and how to best approach other colleagues to increase my network within the company. In addition, my team has been very supportive in training me, be always available to answer to my questions and to guide me throughout the internship.
Culture
I found a really inclusive and open company. Everyone, especially seniors, were always available to provide me with carrer advice and to share their experience. Moreover, the strong entrepreneurial spirit which characterizes the company, expose juniors to a proactive mentality.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it a lot. I liked the corporate culture since the beginning of my recruitment process, I learned a lot from a technical and business-related point of view, I met extraordinary professionals that mentored me and the program was very well structured and gave me the chance to create long-term relationship with my intern class
