Overview
My role involved developing an e-learning course for Tesco maintenance, I would have weekly calls with my manager to discuss the e-learning program and then I would be responsible for using software to design the e-learning.
Skills
My confidence has developed and I gained an insight into a corporate setting. I also learned how to put an e-learning program together.
Responsibilities
The e-learning program was my responsibility, if I had not completed the internship the program would not have been developed.
Support & Guidance
Everyone was supportive and my manager was great. The leader of the internship as a whole was fantastic and helped me with all my issues.
