The Role
I enjoyed going to work everyday, suitable tasks and good level of interaction with other staff
I still meet a lot of them for friday after-work drinks, liked everyone I worked with.
I was given a remit and placed in a team, at no point did anyone interfere with my work nor did anyone refuse me help.
I was given a remit, had I not been so enthusiastic it might of been easy to procrastinate but I found it perfect.
I was given a project that was outside the usual development, but was still managed within the team. It might of been good to get code into production but this wasn't important.
I learned more in 3 months about SDLC and tools than I have over 3 years at university.
The Company
good laugh and great atmosphere
2 projects; 1 development and 1 research based
I thought for the short time I was there I could see that this is taken very seriously, with support and assistance.
Flexi Time
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Would be happy to return there
The Culture
