Support & Guidance
Support and guidance was exceptional. Colleagues are always willing to help and go above and beyond to make sure you fully understand. The HR and Early Careers team are great at guiding you through your placement with continued support throughout.
Culture
Welcoming. Friendly. Professional. Helpful. Above & Beyond. Inclusive. Many social events & activities. They have an Early Careers specific social group that organize events such as go-karting & golf for the small fee of £2 per month. However, unfortunately there were no company-wide events such as a vehicle launch event which would have been fun.
