The Role
Met some good people who worked there at a high level. Enjoyed going into work each day.
Feedback weekly on what i was doing either from manager or department members.
It was very much a case of being given your job role and then looking for others areas to develop yourself. You had to be a pro active individual to get the most out of it.
I had certain reports to be out monday, tuesday and friday. The other time was spent either working for the liasons team that i joined travelling the country advertising the company or sat at home watching the cricket ! You can work from home at IBM which is a great bonus on a hangover
Huge in one instance. I successfully designed and implemented a Deals Database within UK, Ireland and South Africa. Winning an award and 250 quid.
IT Skills developed heavily, time management and presentational
