Overview
- Ownership of month-end reporting of Opex spend, Travel and Expenses spend, and Samples spend for all franchises. - Production of the monthly P&L’s for financial reviews. - Aiding the sales team with their use of the samples ordering system, CIGNON. - Production of the monthly Opex Dashboard for the DePuy Synthes franchise. - Ownership of the monthly headcount reconciliation process. - Prepare the purchase orders for the team. - Responsible for organizing the monthly finance extended team meeting.

Yes, i have developed my team working, communication and organizational skills. I have also learnt and developed my understanding of finance.
Responsibilities
Yes, i was given a lot of responsibility, at some points i did not have a manager so i had full autonomy. However, when i needed help, it was always available.
Support & Guidance
I received a good amount of support and guidance.
Culture
Most people were very kind and helpful. The culture was relaxed but everyone was expected to work hard. It was hard to get a grasp of the culture as i was working from home.
