  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I very much enjoyed the placement, every one that i met was great and i had enough work and responsibility to be kept interested

  • I feel very valued as i am an equal part of the team

  • When i needed support it was avaliable

  • For the first 6 months i was very busy, due to the credit crisis i have been less busy in the 2nd half

  • I was the only person in charge of finding people to translate into the languages i was allocated

  • I have developed presentation skills that i can take back to help in my final year

  • Very relaxed and causual

  • The placement student is allocated an equal part of the teams work, in the sense of what work to give me it was very organised

  • There have been a lot of meetings and inductions. There are also a lot of online cources that are available

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • The social scene was very good, a lot of the office meet outside of work.

  • The cost of living is quite expencive

  • Slough is right next to london so the night life is very good

  • The office workers would socialise out of work including playing football
