Overview
Fixing any hardware or software related problems a user might be having that day. Updating their support ticket with the required information.
Skills
I have picked up a lot of advanced troubleshooting skills and also a lot of general IT knowledge
Responsibilities
I was asked to liaise with outside companies to help with problems we could not solve internally. I was given sole responsibility of multiple projects
Support & Guidance
I could always approach any member of the team for assistance
Culture
Very friendly staff, being in IT you get to know everyone so having that environment of walking round an office being able to strike up conversations with anyone was very relaxing
