    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • The company is very inclusive. The only negative thing was that many days I felt alone in the office because most of the people were working from home. In terms of general atmosphere, I felt part of Citi from the beginning, I felt comfortable in working in that environment. One negative side was that there were no social events organized in person on the floor or outside, or virtual meetings to talk about something that is not work-related.
