Overview
Overall I had to sit and complete assigned training modules, respond to emails about request and queries from clients and other employees, attend meetings and seek out task and exposure from permanent employees to increase my learning and understanding of TTS and Citibank
Skills
I've learnt and developed my excel skills and Microsoft outlook skills as well as my social and communication skills
Responsibilities
I would have loved to have been assigned more tasks and responsibility so that I felt more challenged.
Support & Guidance
My manager was very helpful in helping answer all my questions and improve my understanding of the work that TTS Citi does.
Culture
It is a pleasant and friendly environment and people are very welcoming and supportive
Your Impressions
I enjoyed my placement a lot because it opened my eyes to the world of the work place and how banks function ad operate however I would have liked more role specific training and to be assigned more important tasks.

Ensure that you are connecting and getting to know all the employees that you work with and show that you are passionate about the job as well as ensure that you are organised about the way you work and complete tasks
