  • I gained experience in Sales by working in Stores for 4 months, I then worked in HR for 4 months and Logistics for 3 months

    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • I was given a lot of responsibility in running shifts in stores and having my own project in HR. My opinions were also heard and if I wanted any additional exposure, it was easy to get as people respected me

  • I received a lot of support from the management team and my line manager was there to support and guide me along the way and hep me develop

  • It was all about making sure you are as efficient as possible and working hard to deliver for the customers. Lidl also focused on working together as a team
