Overview
I gained experience in Sales by working in Stores for 4 months, I then worked in HR for 4 months and Logistics for 3 months
Skills
I have learned people management skills, change management and organisational skills. It also enhanced my time management.
Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility in running shifts in stores and having my own project in HR. My opinions were also heard and if I wanted any additional exposure, it was easy to get as people respected me
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support from the management team and my line manager was there to support and guide me along the way and hep me develop
Culture
It was all about making sure you are as efficient as possible and working hard to deliver for the customers. Lidl also focused on working together as a team

I thoroughly enjoyed my placement and felt that it helped me gain a lot of experience and skills that I can carry forward to my future careers
