Overview
Debt Capital Markets Analyst. Provide support for presentations, analysis of data, seek for commercial opportunities, coverage of different institutions.

Improved Excel skills, coding skills, Bloomberg and FactSet.
Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility and was held accountable for my actions which was key for my development within the role. I was in charge of weekly reporting and ensuring that data was kept up to date amongst other things.
Support & Guidance
I received full support from my team members and any question I had was addressed with long detailed explanations.
Culture
The company culture is based on collaboration and success. It was truly great to be in a place like this.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed every single bit of it. The work life balance is not as poor as some people describe but you should expect to work hard.

If you are a proactive, hard working individual then you should be looking to apply. I would say that the best tip I could give is to apply early with a strong CV tailored to the business, and to actively demonstrate an interest in the firms activities.
