I've become better at communicating and organising my time. My critical thinking has also also improved
Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility. Once I had settled in I was given tasks which would have otherwise gone to normal employees.
Support & Guidance
I was given a line manager and two placement buddies who provided regular help. We had regular graduate governance board meetings and intern sessions
Culture
Relaxed but professional. Made me feel very comfortable.
