Overview
Developing new flavours and products, involving market research of current trends, shelf life testing, trialing new packaging and competitive intelligence.
Skills
Learn how to carry out different shelf life tests, how market research is conducted, how to analyse competitor products and how to use many different computer applications.
Responsibilities
Lots of responsibility, overseeing important projects and tasks that another employee would otherwise have to carry out (i.e. not just assisting someone or 'shadowing' people).
Support & Guidance
Lots of support, everyone is really friendly and helpful!
Culture
Really good, a great company to work for and lots of benefits. I felt really well looked after and we even got free ice cream during the heat wave!

Could not enjoy it any more! Really great placement with lots of opportunities to develop my learning in a real food manufacturing environment.
