Overview
I take projects from their conception phases to the execution. This involves organizing contractors to come to site to provide quotation and a plan of works.
Skills
I have developed my organizational and time management skills. I have gained skills on interacting with others
Responsibilities
Responsibility started low but quickly built up to a level that suited me.
Support & Guidance
At the beginning I received total guidance in my role, but when I was ready, I was left to my own devices
Culture
Very relaxed atmosphere, as long as the work gets done you never have a problem. Working hours can be flexible and management are very understanding.
Your Impressions
It has been great, i have very much enjoyed the team atmosphere and how inclusive they can be. My workload was adjusted to suit my personal style. Exceeded my expectations.
