Overview
Provide support for research projects across a range of sectors in the PepsiCo business. This consists of designing plans for data collection, manipulating data, visualising data and performing statistical calculations.
Skills
I've learnt how to pro-actively work on projects as work is often independent/ in small teams. I've developed my skill of telling a story with my data.
Responsibilities
Yes, as a PepsiCo placement student you are treated as an equal employee, given plenty of responsibility and are trusted with work.
Support & Guidance
Support is also available on demand and everyone is always ready to help if you need it, however, often guidance was limited to help with my learning and development
Culture
There is a very friendly and welcoming culture throughout the company

I have very much enjoyed my placement as it has given me an opportunity to work with a wide range of people on a wide range of products meaning that everyday was a new challenge
