Project work - assigned by team at the beginning of internship, then worked on it independently throughout the 10 weeks. 90% software engineering, 10% solution design (i.e. discussions with clients on what they want out of the product + producing POCs). Networking - coffee meetings + discussion sessions with colleagues Training - compliance and technical training Shadowing - seeing day-to-day of colleagues on team

Hugely developed technical skills - team was always there to answer any questions + got to do a lot of hands on work Presentation skills - had to present twice throughout the internship to senior leadership teams, good practice on communication skills + knowing your audience
Responsibilities
Yes - was left to my own devices on the project, was my responsibility to make design decisions and implement ideas I thought were worth including. Always there to help though.
Support & Guidance
