    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • We got given projects each week that showed some of the task we would undertake as a graduate at LCP. Each project was very different and showed the wide range of tasks that you would do working at LCP. We were also given client work to do which further showed what kind of work they carry out. They also organised many networking events which allowed us to meet many other employees we wouldn't have met otherwise.

  • I have improved my excel and presentation skills and have grown confident in networking and meeting people in the workplace.

  • Yes, we were always allowed to work independently on tasks but there were always people to ask for guidence.

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Very good - everyone was very social and wanted to meet the interns no matter how busy they were. They ran lots of socials and made me feel like part of the company
