Overview
We got given projects each week that showed some of the task we would undertake as a graduate at LCP. Each project was very different and showed the wide range of tasks that you would do working at LCP. We were also given client work to do which further showed what kind of work they carry out. They also organised many networking events which allowed us to meet many other employees we wouldn't have met otherwise.
Skills
I have improved my excel and presentation skills and have grown confident in networking and meeting people in the workplace.
Responsibilities
Yes, we were always allowed to work independently on tasks but there were always people to ask for guidence.
Support & Guidance
Lots - there were always multiple people you could ask for help and people are always happy for you to call and have a chat to work things out.
Culture
Very good - everyone was very social and wanted to meet the interns no matter how busy they were. They ran lots of socials and made me feel like part of the company
Your Impressions
I highly enjoyed it despite it being online. There were many opportunities to meet people and everyone was very welcoming.
