Overview
I was working on a research project. On a daily basis, I was interacting with traders and strats across my team, setting up meeting to inform them about my progress and also collecting some additional information for my project.
Skills
I have learnt and developed a lot of new skills.
Responsibilities
Yes I was given much responsibility during this internship because I was the only one in the team working on my project and this project is really critical for the business.
Support & Guidance
I did receive some support but not how I would have wanted to. I received less guidance and support or advice in my research. I was almost doing everything on my own sometimes without external opinions from others. But the trader I was working with has helped me a lot to be critical on my work.
Culture
Interesting. I think we cannot like everything about the culture. But I like most of the things about the culture.
