Overview
Very structured with set tasks to complete and then you can work on extra things when you have time - Onboarding, contracts of employment, job changes, CV Screening, pre-employment checks - System administration on Honda's internal system - Leaver administration, organise exit surveys - Headcount reporting and analysis - Long Service Awards administration - Employee Benefits - Pension, Private Healthcare, Car Schemes And much more! The HR Team trust you to do the job as if you are a full-time employee.
Skills
Yes, definitely! I've built on my communication, team-work, Microsoft Office, general confidence, and attention to detail! The placement has also been really helpful in linking to my university course.
Responsibilities
Yes, so much responsibility is given. These roles are real jobs with a real impact on Honda. You can see every day how your work affects the wider company. Such a rewarding experience.
Support & Guidance
As much as I needed - regular meetings were set up with my manager where they ensured I was getting on OK and was enjoying the placement.
Culture
Honda's culture is very friendly and everyone is always very nice. Everyone is actively encouraged to ask questions.
