Overview
- Creating Finance and Operations reports and analysis on the performance of the practice to which I was assigned. - Organising monthly practice-wide calls. - Supporting senior leadership with ad-hoc tasks related to Finance, Operations and Strategy.
Skills
- Microsoft Excel (including VBA). - Microsoft PowerPoint. - Leadership and teamwork. - Communication: listening, event communications and different languages when communicating with different markets across Europe. - Time management. - Other technical skills such as Python coding from workshops and courses external to the role.
Responsibilities
Yes. The reports I was reponsible for creating fuelled business decisions by senior leadership.
Support & Guidance
A lot. There is a manager assigned to each intern who's role is to support the intern throughout their placement experience and help them get the most out of the year.
