Yes, I felt like all of my work contributed value to the team and my work was used to inform decision and progress projects
Support & Guidance
Loads. I was given a mentor, buddy, managers as well as support from my other interns and HR team.
Culture
Given that everything was virtual, the team did an amazing job to make sure that I felt included in the team. We had virtual and in person socials to make sure everyone felt part of the wider team.
