Overview
I worked in the technology team in Strategy and Change. Working on power points and spreadsheets to do with WF strategy. Attended meetings, coordinated pieces of work.
Skills
Developed my Tableau, data visualisation, data analysis, communication, presentation Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Responsibilities
I was given a huge amount of responsibility, coordinating a very important piece of work that my manager trusted me with.
Support & Guidance
Lots. HR were very engaging, providing weekly contact points with all the interns. My manager and buddies were also in regular/daily contact to give their support and guidance.
Culture
Company culture is great. Everyone was lovely and welcoming.

I really enjoyed it and would highly recommend to anyone wanting some banking/technology/strategy experience
