Overview
Staying engaged and involved in talks that occur during the day and absorbing all the info, as well as working on group tasks together with my cohort
Skills
I have definitely learned and developed some skills including: active listening, being more precise, a better commercial awareness, enhanced teamwork skills and increased confidence surrounding this industry
Business Insight
They provided such interactive and insightful workshops / talks to fully emerse us in the culture of the firm. We spoke to a variety of different people (at the firm / partner firms) which gave us a varied and balanced view
Culture
The culture was so amazing for a top magic circle law firm. There is a heavy emphasis on inclusivity and diversity as well as self improvement which is something that I really loved. Everyone was so welcoming and kind even though we were just university students and they were top people in the business
Your Impressions
I enjoyed the insight to a full extent, learning so many new things and interacting with such a wide variety of people. I will use all the skills to develop and enhance my future career

Ensure you aim to take everything in, as all the experience and talks and knowledge is so valuable for the future so try to keep a little diary to remember everything you’ve learnt
