Learning about different areas in the field i'm interested in. Being able to apply Uni knowledge in a workplace. Learning to be proactive and networking.
Responsibilities
Responsible for undertaking and delivering one or multiple projects. Able to join multiple networks and undertaking committee roles and responsibility. Treated like any other colleague, therefore never felt 'spoon fed' but had the independence to make you own choices.

Support is always at hand. Daily catch ups with supervisors to discuss problems or questions.
Culture
Very strong values that align to my own. Diverse team. Lots of activities to get involved in outside work.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed the challenging nature and being able to learn new skills through the internship. It went above my expectations. I also loved being able to join other networks and initiatives in the workplace, such as the Asian Network, Balance and EnAble. Great experience overall!
Yes
Interview Process may feel long, however the end result is very much worth it. Being able to explain yourself and articulate the choices you make in the final case study is more important than "being right". It's okay to feel a little lost in your first few days as its a massive global company, however you learn quite quickly how everything works and the basic structure of Shell, people on your team and where help is.
