Overview
Involved in several projects that looked at looking at the customers that bank with Lloyds and thinking about tailoring their journeys, the products or services they use to better meet their needs.
Skills
Data Analysis Presentation skills Relationship building and management Empathy for the customer
Responsibilities
Depending on your line manager, you will definitely get to take complete ownership of at least 1-2 projects.
Support & Guidance
Plenty of assistance. They are aware that you may not know your interests or strengths and my line manager took the time to guide through everything from personal development to how Lloyds make their money.
Culture
Relaxed approach, but hardworking. They support one another all the time and are extremely friendly. Always open to hearing interns' points of view and never look down on you. Since it was remote, there weren't many opportunities to socialise but the team meetings were always a laugh.
Your Impressions
Loved the work and the team and definitely feel at home with regards to the culture. It exceeded my expectations, particularly when it came to taking ownership of certain projects. I would love to go back.
