Human Resources Intern GE Aviation Jun 2020 - Jun 20211 yr 1 mo Cheltenham, England, United Kingdom I am was an Intern for GE Aviation within the Human Resources Department. I worked on a range of projects to support the HR Administration and Human Resources Managers (HRM’s). Alongside this, I ensured there was a consistent application of policies and procedures to remain HR compliant.

Key duties included: - Notetaking for Investigation, disciplinaries and grievances - Supporting Human Resource Managers with projects such as TUPE’s - Monitor the HR Inbox and answer queries from employees - Updating the HR internal website - Exposed to Workday systems - Liaising with managers and HR shared services - Delivering New Starter inductions - Interviewing employees as part of the quarterly campus newsletter
