Skills
Communication skills - important to be clear with the work you do so that people checking it can follow what you've done easily. Teamwork - have to work with others a lot, so have definitely improved on this. Time management - kept busy, so important to be able to prioritise tasks appropriately Social - lots of social events, very social office - lots of fun!!
Responsibilities
The work you are given genuinely needs to be done - you do have some responsibility to do it. You are also given lots of instruction, and people are really helpful, so nothing to worry about. Having real responsibility makes it more interesting as well.
Support & Guidance
Loads of support. You get assigned a buddy when you start, who's responsibility it is to help you when you are stuck on anything. Everyone else around is really helpful as well - really nice work culture.

Everyone is really friendly, sociable and helpful. If someone can't help you they will always help you find someone who can.
