Overview
I work on a project aroudnd sustainability at the retail sites taking sole responsibility for the 12 weeks. I set up meetings to network with other areas of Shell as well as gain assistance for my project work.
Skills
Skills I have most strongly developed are stakeholder management, organisation and project leadership.
Responsibilities
I was given a lot from day 1. Managing my own project allowed me to create my schedule for the day, organizing meetings and gathering information and thoughts to benefit my project.
Support & Guidance
I had continuous support from my mentor, buddy and supervisor provided by Shell.
